Description: Master plan services for entire district (approximately 12 street frontages), and subsequent development of design elements to be included in the new streetscape.
Role in the project: Field verification, schematic design, design development, construction document review, city approvals, and construction administration support for Phase 1 of the project.

KCI Economy Parking Signage
Kansas City, Missouri
Client: City of Kansas City, MO, Aviation Department

Description: Entire signage package for the new Economy Parking Lot including two entry monument signs, three lot gateway signs, 32 bus shelter kiosks, lot identification signs, and lot row signs.
Role in the project: Design development, coordination with graphic designer, specification review, construction documents, and construction administration.

Lewis and Clark Statue at Clark's Point

Description: Granite statue base, new lighting, and surrounding pavement at the historic Clark's Point in downtown.
